You help to maintain and develop customer support in a large and modern growing company where the IT platform is based on Microsoft products.
The IT department consists of seven responsible and competent staff, which is divided into a support and dritsteam. Your primary tasks will be support for internal customers who have challenges with the following:
- PCs and Notebooks with Microsoft operating systems
- Printers and plotters
- IP telephony and mobile phones
- Windows Mobile and iOS based devices
